At Crystal Vision, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Device

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and cables included, then securely box the item.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center; once received, our technicians will inspect the device and process your refund within 5 business days.
