Yes, all products sold by Crystal Vision come with a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for additional peace of mind.
What is your return policy for opened items?
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Opened electronics are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must include all original packaging and accessories.
Are your products brand new or refurbished?
Crystal Vision primarily sells factory-new products. Any refurbished items are clearly labeled on the product page and have undergone a rigorous 50-point inspection process.
How can I track my package after it ships?
